Eva Kapnoudhis
Profile
Eva is building a general litigation practice. She summered at Hunter Litigation Chambers in 2023 and rejoined the firm as an associate in 2025 after clerking for five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Eva completed her J.D. at the UBC Peter A. Allard School of Law. During law school, she worked for the UBC Innocence Project and provided pro-bono legal representation to underserved clients through the Law Students' Legal Advice Program. Eva also competed in the Gale Cup Moot and was awarded the McLachlin Prize for Best Female Mooter and the Dickson Medal for Exceptional Oralist.
Before law school, Eva worked for a global consulting firm to provide clients with HR solutions. She holds a master’s in employment and labour studies from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc. from Queen’s University.
