Rachel Au is developing a general litigation practice. Rachel has assisted clients before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as various administrative bodies such as the Human Rights Tribunal and Civil Resolution Tribunal, and in arbitration proceedings.
Rachel received her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law, with specializations in Aboriginal Law and Law & Social Justice. During law school she was the President of the Allard Law Outdoors Club and a student advocate at the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic.
Prior to joining Hunter Litigation Chambers, Rachel practiced litigation and labour and employment at a global law firm in Vancouver.
